About this role
Experian Business Information (BI), a premier data analytics and database marketing services, is seeking a Lead Analyst to join their dynamic team.
The Lead Analyst will independently conduct analyses and help develop complex descriptive and predictive analytical solutions. You will lead and mentor other Data Analysts, ensuring the use of best practice analytical methodologies. Additionally, you will guarantee the robustness of solutions by adhering to established quality procedures.
What you will do:
Be responsible for producing analysis, design and implementation of well tested data solutions to meet business requirements. Maintenance of existing systems.You will have an ownership of creating, modifying and monitoring of automated processes for clients.Pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance at an appropriate level to clients, business analysts, sales executives or account managers.Be responsible for a team of Data Analysts, including goal setting, performance management, and regular 1:1sCoach, mentor, and develop analysts to build technical capability, analytical thinking, and client engagement skills with the focus on automation, client satisfaction and AI usageYou will be providing analysis and consulting services & solutions, within a data environment, to FTSE 250 clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with some major blue-chip clients across a number of sectors including Banking, Energy and Telecommunications.You will also be working directly with senior members of the organisation on a structured career path, which will start with data analysis, consultancy work and database development (PLSQL / SQL /Oracle). What you will bring:
3+ years of relevant industry experienceKnowledge of SQL, Oracle and PythonCoach/Team lead experienceUnderstanding of data, data structures and their value regarding use for analysis, marketing and CRMGood knowledge of relevant statistical and IT packagesEngage externally with clients and build relationshipFluency in English What you will get:
