About this role

Administrar carteira de clientes de médio e grande porte do segmento Financeiro.Desenvolver relacionamento consultivo com decisores (C-level, diretoria, gerentes).Garantir alto nível de satisfação e fidelização (retenção / renovação).Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell (novos produtos e serviços).Atingir e superar metas de receita (MRR/ARR).Entender profundamente o negócio do cliente (segmento, desafios, riscos).Elaborar propostas comerciais customizadas.Atuar em conjunto com áreas de produto, marketing, CS, pré-vendas e pós-vendas.Levar feedback estruturado dos clientes para evolução de soluções.Administrar KPIs: Crescimento (% YoY) | Taxa de retenção / churn | Receita incremental (upsell/cross-sell) | NPS / satisfação do cliente
