BluEarth is seeking an experienced renewable energy developer to advance utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the United States. This is a highly hands-on role that combines senior-level project execution with mentorship and leadership responsibilities within a small team. The successful candidate will lead projects from early-stage origination through pre-construction, managing permitting, interconnection, stakeholder engagement, land development, and commercial activities. Ideal candidates bring deep U.S. renewable energy development experience, strong commercial and project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial independent power producer (IPP) environment.
