BluEarth Renewables is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects from late-stage development through construction readiness. Reporting to the VP, EPC, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Environmental, and Operations to ensure projects are fully planned, optimized, budgeted, and ready for execution. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, permitting, contracting, and stakeholder alignment to support a seamless transition into construction. Ideal candidates have experience delivering large-scale renewable energy projects and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
