About this role
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising the spa team as well as overseeing the day to day operations of The Edge; to include, front desk lead and coverage, spa attendant duties, all MOD responsibilities, supporting team members to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations. The Spa Supervisor ensures a smooth flow of business and a high level of guest satisfaction, being present on the floor consistently, demonstrating excellence and the highest standards.
