The Operations Manager is a company representative with the primary responsibilities including proper preconstruction planning, managing profit and loss, ensuring schedule adherence, demanding safety compliance , employee development, managing all personnel resources, enforcing and implementing policy, and ensuring quality control for ALL projects within their business unit. An Operations Manager is 100% responsible for all aspects of the project within their respective business unit to ensure that the project is successful by all measures.
