About this role
The Business Unit Leader, Mission Critical & Data Center, is responsible for establishing, growing, and leading BL Harbert International’s dedicated data center business unit while providing executive level oversight to mission critical construction projects. This leader will develop operational strategy, build high‑performing teams, and ensure that all mission critical projects are delivered with excellence in safety, schedule, cost, and quality. The Business Unit Leader will work directly with executive leadership to position BL Harbert International as a competitive, reliable, and technically strong partner in the mission critical and hyperscale data center market.
