About this role
The Food and Beverage Manager position requires a candidate who possesses a strong ability to stay focused and organized and lead a group of 6-12 staff in fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of hospitality and service standards. Additional expectations of the F&B Manager is to Assist in Scheduling, Payroll, Cash Management, Inventory Management and Ordering, and other administrative functions as assigned.
