Big White is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and implement visually compelling product displays that enhance the guest shopping experience and reflect the resort’s brand. You’ll work with a wide variety of products—including ski and snowboard gear, fashion apparel, giftware, and more—ensuring each retail space is engaging, on-trend, and aligned with seasonal themes. Beyond merchandising, you’ll assist customers on the sales floor, providing exceptional guest service and using your product knowledge to create a warm and memorable shopping experience. Ideal candidates will be creative, have a strong eye for design, a passion for customer interaction, and thrive in a fast-paced mountain environment
