Due to continued expansion and growth, we are excited to offer a new opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Customer Care Manager to join our Sydney-based team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this influential role, you will be empowered to strengthen customer relationships and protect our existing portfolio by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in retaining key accounts, removing service barriers, and driving long-term customer loyalty.

About you:Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer serviceService industry backgroundCurrent driver’s licence (essential)Proven experience in account management and customer issue resolutionStrong track record of achieving customer service and retention targetsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with excellent time managementStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
