About this role
As Financial Accountant/Controller at OnLogic’s Oosterhout office, you will report to the Director of Finance and you will be the cornerstone of our Dutch finance department. As an allround, hands-on finance professional, you will enjoy the full spectrum of accounting. We are growing at an incredible pace and are looking for a dedicated individual for our small local team with short communication lines to help us continue to Make It Possible.
On an average day, you'll…Be working on the Monthly Close & Reporting: Take ownership of the General Ledger, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets. You ensure a timely, high quality month-end close.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting transactions and processes.Prepare VAT filings and reconciliations.Manage customer credit risks.Reconcile our bank statements.Process payroll and benefit administration in cooperation with our HR team.Assist with budget preparation and prepare reports for the management team.Prepare payments.Working with external auditors and assisting in the preparation of the annual statutory accounts.Look for opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining accounting processes.Identify areas of risk and implement mitigation strategies, including but not limited to workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and system and process changes.Work with our global headquarters on all matters Finance.

Requirements
You have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields.3 to 7 years of relevant experience. Preferably in an international manufacturing environment. Experience with VAT.Strong attention to detail.Proficient in Excel.A hands-on mindset: you enjoy diving into the details of the ledger just as much as preparing reports.Fluency in English, Dutch is preferred.Able to travel to our office on a daily basis, fulltime.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is € 4.500 to € 6.000 per month. We determine final compensation based on conversations with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary we will offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
