Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Senior Technical Recruitment Partners to join our team.

We are looking for Rockstars Senior Technical Recruitment Partners to join our team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting! You will participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive targeted research to identify qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and social media.Research, assemble and analyze data to effectively make recommendations regarding recruiting effortsScreens and interviews candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements of open positionsConducts skills testings to measure capability and aptitudeBuild and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clientsCreate a best in class candidate experience by maintaining a professional and accurate representation of Envision Employment Solutions to all candidatesEffectively communicate expectations to candidatesCommunicate employment offers and orientation requirements to candidatesAccurately maintain recruiting data by timely dis-positioning and reportingResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingAssist with other duties as assignedThrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environmentRequirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.Proven work experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Ideally, 5+ years of recruiting and interviewing experience in a high-volume recruiting environmentFamiliarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, etc.)Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsFluent in both Arabic and English are a MUST.Tech Savvy is a MUST - Proficient in our operating systems which includes Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Workable (ATS), etc. or a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - We use Workable. Excellent customer service skills and building rapport with candidates and clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be a quick learner and quick problem solverMust have proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas with regard to recruiting and overall employee experienceBenefits
