Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced eBay Account Manager to set up, manage, and grow a full eBay account. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing eBay stores, including listing optimization, inventory management, order processing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain an eBay account, ensuring it meets all platform standards. Create, optimize, and manage product listings to maximize visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts. Manage daily order processing, shipping, and returns. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Use Excel to track, report, and analyze performance data effectively.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing eBay accounts. Strong proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
