About this role
We are looking for a Claims Advisor to join our team in our Montreal or Laval office! As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for processing clients’ claims by reviewing relevant policies, investigating losses, conducting coverage analysis, and reporting losses to the insurer. You will also be responsible for liaising between the client and the insurer to guarantee maximum satisfaction and maintain good relationships with both parties.
