About this role
We are looking for a Claims Advisor Trainee to join our team in our Toronto office ! As a Claims Advisor Trainee, you will play a key supporting role within the Claims team, gaining hands-on experience across the full-claim lifecycle while developing the skills to manage claims independently over time. Working closely with experienced advisors, you will assist in the set-up and administration of new claims, support documentation and reporting requirements, and contribute to ensuring timely, fair, and accurate claim resolution for clients.
