Clark Retirement is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our 39-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. If you're a Registered Nurse with a heart for service and a head for leadership, this is your opportunity to influence care, mentor future leaders, and build meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff alike. As ADON, you’ll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting nursing staff across settings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You'll work closely with our Director of Nursing and other nurse leaders to support both day-to-day operations and long-term care goals.
