About this role
The FVP Digital Transformation Office is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise digital vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with and enablement of FourLeaf’s growth and strategic priorities. They will identify opportunities to differentiate the digital portfolio, strengthening competitive positioning and supporting market expansion. Acting as a change agent, this role will lead the transformation required to build and sustain a high-performing digital ecosystem, while serving as a thought leader on emerging digital trends and translating insights into strategic opportunities. The estimated salary for this role is $180,000.00 to $215,000.00 annually.
