About this role
The Head Teller contributes to the success of the branch by collaborating with the supervisory team in managing the overall operations of the branch ensuring alignment to corporate strategies and objectives. Responsible for leading by example and effectively developing tellers that delivers exceptional member experiences, foster long lasting relationships, share product knowledge, identify member needs, cross sell beneficial products and services, introduce members to the platform staff or business partners and process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Monday to Saturday availability required. The estimated salary for this role is $26.35 - $30.96 per hour.
