The Manager, SBA Loan Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of SBA loan operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role manages daily departmental functions, supervises staff, drives process improvements, and ensures adherence to SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The Manager also plays a key role in staff development, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The estimated salary for this role is $106,391.00 to $127,669.00 annually.
