Important Requirement: All new hires must complete 7 days of orientation (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) prior to starting at a residential or day program site.***Full Time 40 Hours**** Pay Rate: $17.00 per hours**** Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm (Merrimack)***Position Summary The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support, supervision, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Community Training Home (CTH). The DSP helps individuals achieve independence, safety, and personal development in accordance with agency values and procedures.
