About this role
Responsible for managing and developing all People and Culture (P&C) initiatives, programs, and policies that support the execution of the organizational strategies and business plan as well as helping to evolve and shape the organization’s overall culture. Drives key human capital initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition and retention, talent management and development, total rewards, safety and compliance, and workforce planning. Manages the P&C department to ensure best practices are provided with excellent customer service and a high level of urgency.
