About this role
Under direct supervision operates tools to perform maintenance and repairs to oil or gas wells and related equipment, including activities associated with the rig-up and rig-down of the workover rig, pulling levers or turning handles in support of rig operations; picking up/laying down and standing back steel production rods, tubing and casing, disassembling and assembling various types of production equipment, the repair and maintenance of tools. Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills are typically acquired by completion of the applicable competencies.
