About this role
OVERVIEW: The Product Analyst is responsible for analyzing and modeling existing business processes to understand and document current business procedures, identify areas for improvement, and define those areas for engineering to improve. The incumbent will identify best practices and suggest ways to improve current practices within BAL’s proprietary software and Salesforce platform solutions. Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations within the product(s), including Salesforce-enabled processes, data flows, reporting, and user adoption.
