About this role
The Pre Service Representative is responsible for performing duties for all patients prior to receiving services at the hospital. They are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the scheduled appointment and pre-registration information obtained during each patient encounter. Responsible for making sure patients are aware if an authorization or referral is needed.
