About this role
• Facilitate programs and activities for the older adults.
• Facilitate community engagement projects
• Engage in leadership training.
• Learn management skills and demonstrate learned skills in various operations of the center.
• Students will have 2x a week supervision from the site director.
• Students will meet with Regional Manager 2x a month for general supervision.
• Directors/Supervisors will complete required documentation of student work.
• Provide instruction to senior citizens on the use of various technologies, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and common software applications, to enhance their digital literacy .
• Conduct one-on-one sessions and group workshops on understanding and confidence in using technology for communication, online services, and personal interests
