About this role
The Adult Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider is a highly skilled professional member of the Interdisciplinary Team with the primary responsibility of providing consultations to palliative care patients and their families within their scope of practice. The incumbent in this position will support the mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives of HospiceCare in The Berkshires and must demonstrate a commitment to quality service to patients, physicians, and the public.
