About this role
As a Claim Helper based in the community, you will walk alongside Class Members throughout their claims journey by providing clear information about the settlement and claims process and offering trauma-informed one-on-one support in person, virtually or by phone. When not attending in-person sessions or events, you will work remotely from your home.
