[What the role is] The Tech Products Divison within the Capital Markets Group is responsible for managing and developing digital services used by MAS officers and regulated Financial Institutions. [What you will be working on] We are looking for a motivated Product Manager with a passion for delivering intuitive digital experiences and keeping product operations running smoothly. You will work closely with a senior product manager and cross-functional teams to execute on the product roadmap, support day-to-day product operations, and help translate user needs into well-defined product requirements.
[What you will be working on] Product Delivery and Operations
• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and backlog management through to deployment and iteration
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate sprint ceremonies
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation, guides and release notes
• Manage user feedback channels, synthesise insights and surface actionable recommendations to the product team
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to team workflows and processes
Product Discovery
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate problem statements and surface pain points
• Assist in translating research findings into product requirements and prioritisation decisions
Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate product updates
• Support change management efforts to help users adopt new features and way of working
[What we are looking for]
• 1 – 3 years of product management or product operations experience, experience in G2B or B2B products is a plus but not required
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and track record of driving tasks to completion
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams
• User-centric mindset with some exposure to design thinking or user research methodologies
