About this role
The Supervisor (Loss Prevention, Facilities & Cash Office) is responsible for protecting company assets, ensuring operational excellence in retail environments, and maintaining strong financial controls. This role oversees loss prevention strategies, facilities management at Rennaï, and cash office operations in order to support a safe, compliant, and high-performing store network. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Sales & Operations and works closely with store teams, operations, finance, and HR to ensure consistent application of policies, risk management, and operational integrity across all points of sale.
