About this role
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Barista who will deliver a warm, elevated, and memorable in‑store experience through exceptional beverage service and proactive client engagement. Reporting to the Events and Visual Presentation Supervisor, the Barista plays a key role in positioning the bar as a dynamic and experiential touchpoint within the store. Beyond executing daily operations, this role focuses on building genuine connections with clients, confidently initiating interactions, supporting activations, and contributing to the overall energy and visibility of the space. This is a part‑time position with flexible scheduling, including mandatory weekend availability.
