Compensation based on experience. A Press Brake Operator sets up and runs machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to blueprints, ensuring precision and quality by selecting tooling, setting machine controls, and performing quality checks, while also maintaining the equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. A Turret Operator sets up and runs a multi‑tool turret punch press to cut or shape sheet metal, follow part‑specific work instructions, inspect parts for quality, maintain the equipment and adhere to strict safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
