About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our digital bank. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with SMEs, providing financial solutions through digital channels. You will work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive SME growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new Business Banking clients through digital outreach, referrals, and partnerships.

• Manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular reviews to understand client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.

• Promote the bank’s suite of Business Banking products.

• Utilize CRM and digital banking platforms to monitor client activity and engagement.

• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory and internal policies.

• Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial institutions, Fintech or Digital Banking.

• Strong understanding of SME financial needs and banking products/microfinancing.

• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
