About this role
The primary purpose of this position is to perform analysis of various marketing programs and databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of targeted traditional, digital and website campaigns. This is accomplished by analyzing data collected through the business intelligence cloud platform to track performance, engagement, identify new members, and pinpoint opportunities to increase products and services. Other duties include performance measurement, forecasting, trending, and data extraction. Responsible for creating and maintaining product marketing to include, but not limited to: website, email marketing, digital marketing, and online banking marketing. This position also oversees brand guidelines and digital experience.
