Barnes Aerospace is seeking a dynamic Commercial/ Contracts Director of OEM group to join its Sales & Commercial team. The right candidate will work and partner with Barnes Aerospace’s sales ops, commercial, operations, and finance teams across 15 businesses globally to drive deal process, structure, and analytics for major OEM customers. The role will require close coordination and partnership with Barnes Aerospace’s matrixed environment to provide the “drumbeat” of the sales & commercial processes. Post-deal wins, the role will be responsible for data analytics on contract profitability, commercial management processes and driving commercial initiatives.
