Barnes Aerospace is seeking a talented, and highly motivated senior leader to lead operational excellence and continuous improvement across its global aerospace manufacturing and aftermarket operations. The Vice President, Global Operating System will partner closely with business unit leaders, site operations leadership, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to develop and implement standardized processes, performance management systems, and continuous improvement strategies that enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability across the enterprise. This leader will drive operational rigor and consistency while building scalable systems and capabilities that support long-term growth and customer performance requirements across the global organization.
