This role translates sales forecasts, backlog, and inventory targets into a feasible production plan that balances demand with supply constraints across manufacturing operations. The Planning & Scheduling Lead serves as the central integrator between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring production plans align with business objectives, capacity limits, and material availability.
