We are a dynamic, customer-focused team passionate about helping families find their dream home — and we're looking for talented people who want to be part of something meaningful.

THE ROLE

As Lead Architectural Designer, you will be at the center of our design and construction process — creating efficient, aesthetically compelling, and buildable residential floor plans while ensuring seamless alignment between architectural vision and construction reality. You'll work collaboratively across sales, permitting, and construction teams to deliver an exceptional experience from first design through final build.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential design or production home building

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; additional design software experience a plus

• Strong working knowledge of residential building codes and permitting processes

• Excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple teams

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you stay a step ahead

• Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work within established guidelines

• Curious, growth-minded, and eager to contribute to a team that's building something great

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Design & Documentation

• Design functional, innovative residential floor plans aligned with market trends and builder specifications

• Develop and maintain accurate architectural drawings and full construction plan sets using Revit and AutoCAD

• Ensure alignment across all architectural, structural, and truss plans

Collaboration & Client Support

• Partner with sales and design teams to develop, refine, and implement finish selections and upgrade packages

• Support visualization of design options for clients and internal stakeholders

• Collect field feedback to inform ongoing design improvements and efficiency gains
