If you’re a recent civil engineering graduate with an interest in traffic and transportation or an early-career EIT looking to build real technical depth, this is the role for you. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on projects that improve safety, mobility, and connectivity for communities across the country. At Ayres, entry-level engineers aren’t just support staff, they’re contributors. You’ll be mentored closely, given increasing responsibility as you grow, and set up for a clear path toward your PE license.
