As a SAP CPI - PIPO Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage with clients to address complex business challenges, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive impactful results. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, which extends PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will provide premium, cost-effective services that support process quality and delivery capability for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP technology consulting projects, focusing on SAP Core ERP solutions - Managing client engagements and delivering strategic technology planning and execution - Analyzing complex business issues and developing meaningful recommendations for business transformation - Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to optimize business processes and enhance client outcomes - Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients to support their technology needs - Implementing process improvement and optimization strategies to drive service excellence - Embracing change and encouraging innovation within the team to adapt to evolving client requirements - Collaborating with stakeholders to address sub-standard work and align with firm and client expectations - Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all client interactions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Excelling in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization - Demonstrating strategic technology planning and embracing change - Managing client relationships with a focus on service excellence - Leading business transformation initiatives with analytical thinking - Coaching and mentoring teams to foster professional growth
