As a SAP - RAR - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications to optimize client processes - Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored CRM solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives - Managing end-to-end SAP RAR module implementations, including data migration and configuration with SAP SD and BRIM modules - Developing and executing testing plans, including test scripts and functional testing, to validate system performance and accuracy - Configuring the Revenue Accounting engine, setting up Revenue Accounting Item (RAI) classes, and maintaining decision tables - Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, blueprint designs, and perform functional testing for seamless SAP integration - Utilizing business process consulting skills to improve client operations and drive customer engagement strategies - Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP CRM applications and fostering customer loyalty - Overseeing the development of functional specifications for ABAP custom programs and implementing solutions - Applying knowledge of S/4HANA and IFRS 15 Revenue SSP Allocation to support revenue recognition model setups
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms - Possessing extensive experience with SAP RAR module implementations - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SD and BRIM module integration - Excelling in configuring Revenue Accounting Item (RAI) components - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business issues - Leveraging business process improvement skills for client success - Embracing technology implementation for enhanced client solutions
