As a SAP - MM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and configure systems to meet their needs. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and deliver solutions that align with client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for planning and executing SAP implementation, development, and support activities, focusing on SAP Materials Management and procurement processes.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your skills to anticipate client needs and deliver quality work. Your role will involve mentoring others, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will also have the opportunity to explore AI and automation technologies to enhance processes and user experiences. Responsibilities
- Planning and executing SAP implementation and development activities related to Materials Management (MM) - Configuring SAP MM to meet client standards and requirements, including purchasing and inventory management - Conducting gap analysis and preparing AS-IS studies for SAP MM areas such as material master and account determination - Creating process flows and design documents using Microsoft Visio for proposed business processes - Developing presentation decks for client workshops and blueprint sessions - Supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects - Collaborating with onsite teams and clients to provide regular status updates and maintain relationships - Performing testing and preparing test scripts following MM upgrades - Leveraging SAP MM and Ariba integration to maintain procurement process continuity - Participating in fit-gap sessions and functional delta analysis between ECC and S/4HANA systems - Addressing simplification items using SAP tools like the Simplification List and Readiness Check - Exploring AI and automation technologies for process optimization and data quality improvement
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP Vendor Management - Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving in SAP environments - Excelling in communication and active listening with clients - Leveraging experience in Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation projects - Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic settings - Applying creativity and intellectual curiosity to optimize procurement processes
