About this role
Wir suchen für unseren Standort Düsseldorf eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), die mit Herz und Seele ihre Arbeit lebt. Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, unsere Patient:innen zuverlässig und respektvoll bestmöglich zu versorgen. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine motivierte Pflegefachkraft, die ihr Fachwissen mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen einsetzt.
**Was erwarten wir:**
- Du kümmerst dich einfühlsam und kompetent um die pflegerische sowie medizinische Betreuung und Grundpflege unserer Patient:innen - Anhand der Medikamentenpläne stellst du die notwendige Medikation zusammen - Du kümmerst dich um die Wundversorgung sowie das Wechseln der Verbände - Du arbeitest im Schichtdienst und kümmerst dich um den regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Angehörigen sowie deren Schulung im Umgang mit Pflegebedürftigen - Du stellst die Qualitätsstandards sicher und arbeitest beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess mit

**Was solltest du mitbringen?**
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf (Pflegefachmann/-frau, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in) oder beendest sie in Kürze erfolgreich - Du hast ein hohes Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber pflegebedürftigen Menschen und ihren Angehörigen - Du bist empathisch, verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und pünktlich - Du bringst Respekt und Verständnis für unsere Patient:innen mit - Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, bist kommunikativ und mit dem Herzen bei der Sache - Du bist bereit, an von uns bezahlten Fortbildungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen teilzunehmen - Du bist im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B - Führungszeugnis - Erste-Hilfe-Nachweis (Wünschenswert) - Deutsch (Erforderlich)

We are looking for a nursing professional (m/f/d) for our Düsseldorf location who is passionate about their work. We are committed to providing our patients with the best possible care in a reliable and respectful manner. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated nursing professional who can apply their expertise with a high degree of empathy.
What we expect:
- You will provide empathetic and competent nursing and medical care and basic care for our patients. - You will compile the necessary medication based on the medication plans. - You will take care of wound care and changing dressings. - You will work shifts and maintain regular contact with relatives, training them in how to care for those in need of care. - You will ensure quality standards and participate in the continuous improvement process.
