Position Overview The Associate Director, Motion & Interactivity is responsible for leading the motion design team and creative technology freelancers/vendors, while executing and overseeing their own projects from concept through final delivery. This role is a hands-on contributor ensuring creative quality, timely quality execution, resource allocation and budget adherence for all deliverables produced under this function. The AD also supports the advancement of new creative capabilities through the application of AI-assisted tools, interactive platforms and emerging technologies. This position serves as a bridge between creative vision and content execution, helping the Creative Content Studio deliver innovative, scalable, and production-ready solutions
