Position Overview The ‘Operations Manager – Pool’ is responsible for leading the central pool of generalist technicians that support event delivery across multiple venues and productions, rather than a single hotel or location. The role combines day‑to‑day line management of pool technicians with on‑site leadership as crew boss on shows, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent delivery of technical services.
