About this role
The Clinical Pharmacist is a primarily a decentralized pharmacist position. The Clinical Pharmacist functions as a member of the multidisciplinary patient care team with direct patient care responsibilities in multiple settings across the hospital, including the intensive care unit, telemetry, adult medicine, OB/GYN, pediatric and neonatal, and surgical units.
