About this role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA will be responsible for high volume, full life cycle recruitment for all countries within EMEA for Encore. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA will create effective strategies for filling positions with high quality, internal or external candidates in a timely manner. Take full ownership of all applicable current and future openings and ensuring timely resolution to recruiting challenges. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline utilising the Company’s Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate data including notes and contact information.
