About this role
Under the direction of the Administrative Director of Post Acute Care and Rehabilitation Services the Inpatient Therapy Manager maintains all day-to-day facility therapy operations for Inpatient Rehab, Skilled Nursing, and Acute Care. Responsible for developing, organizing, and managing the therapy services including the human, equipment, and financial resources to achieve maximum efficiency in meeting the needs of our community. Directly supervises the inpatient therapy team and serves as the person to whom they directly report. In collaboration with the various therapy leadership team members hires, trains, and supervises all clinical and support staff, resolves all patient care issues, and serves as a role model for all Augusta Health employees.
