About this role
As a member of the Surgical Services Leadership Team, the Manager of Sterile Processing is responsible for the overall leadership, organization, and management of department operations for the assigned area across all hours of operation. This role ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services that align with the organization’s mission, goals, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with DNV and all state and federal standards.
