About this role
The successful applicant will provide supervision, guidance and motivation to a small crew working in and around Ottawa. The Traffic Control Lead Hand will help coordinate lane closure workload, as well as perform safety and administrative work. This role is key in the mobilization of resources to ensure timely execution of daily events including coordinating traffic control jobs, projects and administrative work, and the proper installation of temporary traffic control. Coordinating with the install department will also be key. Making sure techs are prepared for jobs and have what they need and communicating daily tasks.
