The Strategy team at Saviynt is focused on achieving results for the company throughperformance management, operational cadence, and strategic initiatives. We drive projectspertaining to product and corporate level initiatives. As a Senior Director of Strategy, you will be a key leader in driving Saviynt’s market positionthrough industry strategy, advocacy, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence. You willleverage your deep market knowledge in identity and access management to inform strategicpriorities, shape our narrative with leading industry analysts, and empower internal teams withworld-class competitive insights. This role requires phenomenal communication skills, the abilityto create high-impact content, and strong cross-functional influence. In this role, you will work on highly sophisticated problems, gain insight into the strategic issueswhich are at the forefront in the minds of the leadership team, have exposure to senior-leveldecision-making, influence product roadmap direction, and have the chance to createrelationships with functions across the company. We are looking for a strong background in industry strategy, research and advisory, analystrelations, and competitive intelligence, and demonstrated success in all areas of externalcommunication and market analysis. We look for hardworking people with phenomenalpresentation skills, keynote experience, deep IAM technology market expertise and thecapability to build consensus and influence senior executives. Demonstrated ability to thrive inan unstructured, collaborative, and remote environment is ideal. Experience as a senior analyst,authoring analyst reports, authoring magic quadrants is appreciated.
